Frequently Asked Questions

What if I haven’t received a tracking number for my order?

Each weekday, within 24 hours of placing your order, your shipping label will be printed and you will receive an email from us containing your tracking number. Since we don’t ship on Saturday and Sundays, orders placed after 3 pm Friday will be shipped on Monday and you will receive your tracking number by the following Tuesday

What if there’s a problem with my order?

For any issues with your order including missing items please contact via sms or whatsapp at +1 (210)352-9483 on the website. Send us a message with your name, email, and order then tell us the whole issue in the message. We will respond ASAP, usually between 24 to 48 hours and fix the issue.

Why is my order on hold?

If you placed an order for an item that is currently on backlog your order will be placed on hold until we receive the item at which time it will be shipped to you right away.

How long will it take to receive my order?

First class packages usually arrive in 5 to 7 days.
Priority Mail orders arrive in approximately 2 to 4 days.
Express Mail arrives in approximately 24 to 48 hours.
For each shipping method, expect delays around the holidays except for Express mail which is rarely delayed.

Use your tracking number to track your order in real time. You can also sign up for free for the USPS Informed Delivery Service to track your packages.

What is your return policy?

We can accept unopened and unused bottles if sent back within 10 days of receipt.

We can’t resell any product that has been returned regardless so should you change your mind about a purchase, make sure to do it within 10 days.

Why does my peptide bottle appear empty?

This is because your peptides contain no fillers like mannitol and lactose which can be detrimental to the user, for example if the user is lactose intolerant. 5 mg and 10 mg bottles especially appear to have very little substance in them. This is because 5 mg to 10 mg of peptide often takes up very little volume without a filler. It may look like a few grains of sand but it’s all there. Peptides are ready to be reconstituted and used in your experiments.
